Do you charge for children?

Yes, we count the number of seats occupied. This does not apply to our Private Services.

How Does Soriba.org Transportation provide for the safety of passengers?

All Vehicles are fitted with safety Belts. All drivers are fully trained and professional and we run criminal background check on all of them.

What is your cancellation policy?

Soriba.org Transportation requires a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations, which must be done by email.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Our Private services fit this situation. Please also contact us via our “contact us” and let us know about your situation. Or just send us an email at transport@soriba.org. We will respond you as soon as possible.

How do I pay for my transfer?

All major credit cards are accepted, payment can be made online via Paypal (no account required). Or you can pay directly to the driver on arrival cash or credit card.

One large bag and one medium sized bag per person

Do you allow smoking in the vehicle?

No, for the breathing comfort of our drivers, guests and per Law, no smoking is permitted in any vehicle.
